How to Get a Smaller Waist
There’s nothing wrong with having a wider waist, but since Pat and I are on the small side compared to the other competitors in our respective divisions, we try to emphasize our proportions by focusing on a smaller waist and adding width only where needed such as in the glutes, shoulders and back. Here are some suggestions to try that will hopefully help you get a smaller waist:
1. Burn fat in the abdominal region
No one likes to hear it, but the first thing you need to do in shrinking your waist is to take measures to burn fat. This can be done by increasing activity, decreasing calories or a combination of both. If you’re not sure how to go about this, here’s a guide on how to do cardio alongside a busy (or lazy) lifestyle, as well as how to structure your macros to put yourself in a deficit.
Also, it needs to be said (AGAIN) that you can’t choose where the fat comes off. Pat loses from the abs and legs last. My back fat tends to hold on longer than my ab fat. Everyone is different, and no two cutting phases are the same.
ohh.. im excited to try these steps! hoping to loose my belly fat sooooonnn!!
keep us posted! 🙂
Wow, i would love to have those abs!
just keep going and one day you’ll surprise yourself 🙂 trust me!
