IHOP Anniversary Pancake Promo P25 Each – February 8-12, 2016
No line plus a pancake promo at IHOP? Sold!
Pancakes are staples in our diets because they’re easy to prepare and can be modified in so many ways. We’re huge fans of buttermilk pancake mixes (especially the Krusteaz buttermilk pancake mix) because they are usually lower in sugar than your typical Maya or Magnolia pancake mixes.
IHOP Buttermilk Pancakes Macros
The IHOP buttermilk pancake ones are a slightly more indulgent version than the Krusteaz, but the macros are still pretty decent.
According to the IHOP nutrition information found on their website, the macros for (3) buttermilk pancakes are as follows:
IHOP Buttermilk Pancakes – Macro-Friendly Version
On their own, the macros of the buttermilk pancakes are pretty balanced. But if you add the scoop of butter that comes with every stack, the calories start to add up.
Also, depending on how much syrup you put, you could easily add at least 100 calories to your meal.
For sides, we recommend the following in this order:
Serving Size | Protein | Carbs | Fat | Calories | |
Turkey Bacon | 2 Strips | 4 | 0 | 5 | 70 |
Bacon | 2 Strips | 7 | 1 | 6 | 80 |
Fried Egg | 1 Egg | 6.5 | 0 | 6 | 85 |
That’s pretty much it. Lol.
Everything in IHOP, even the “healthy” omelettes, can be pretty high-calorie depending on how much oil they put. Better to go for single ingredients or sides so you can track the serving size more easily.
Price
It’s P25 per pancake for a minimum of 2 pancakes or 4 pancakes per person at one time. They don’t allow bulk orders to prevent waste since you can’t get your pancakes to-go.
The IHOP Anniversary Pancake Promo starts February 8 and ends February 12, 2016!
