It’s difficult to build muscle when you don’t eat enough because you’re forcing yourself to eat foods that you don’t enjoy. This is especially true for the hard-gainers or ectomorphs with small appetites or those who burn a lot of calories through day-to-day activities and/or sports.
Also, make sure that you’re enjoying yourself at the gym too. If you’re just forcing yourself for the sake of getting a six-pack, you won’t last very long in this “journey.” I love training for strength, so going to the gym was never a problem for me, but I know not everyone does. And that’s okay! If lifting isn’t your thing, you can also do yoga, Barre, pilates, spinning, zumba, etc. Whatever it is, make sure you enjoy it.

hi sabrina, thank you so much! <3 try to look up a push/pull/legs program or an upper/lower bodypart split. those are fairly common split-type programs so you should be able to find programs online.
