3. Double Leg Raises

 
Personally, hanging leg raises is my favorite ab exercise. Pat hates these because it’s all hip flexors for her. I like to use ab straps while performing leg raises so my grip doesn’t limit my rep range and so I can focus on slowing down the movement.
