Quest Nutrition Mint Chocolate Chunk Product Review
When it comes to protein bars I’m really not that picky. As long as it has relatively low fat (<10g per bar), I’m there. That said, Quest Nutrition mint chocolate bar without jacking up the fats too much. I like it because it has chunks so you get pockets of mint mixed in with the chocolate brownie pieces. I’m not actually sure if it was meant to be brownie-like but they’re there.
Also, I’ve heard complaints about the new corn fiber formula which has since been replaced with a a new and improved recipe that I have yet to try. The corn fiber ones are a little different from the older formula, but I don’t mind the change too much. There’s a slight aftertaste that may bother some but to me it’s barely noticeable. There is one flavor that I wasn’t crazy about though—the apple pie one tasted like chemicals. It’s the only Quest bar that I probably wouldn’t re-purchase again because I prefer the other flavors a lot more.
Quest Nutrition Mint Chocolate Chunk
Those who like chocolate mint will most probably enjoy this flavor of Quest. You can definitely taste the mint and maybe if you’re lucky, you’ll get an extra chunky bar. Mint Chocolate Chunk is one of my favorite Quest flavors to date and one that I wouldn’t mind having straight out of the wrapper; no microwaving or broiling necessary. I think it’s up there with white chocolate raspberry and chocolate chip cookie dough.

I did however receive this batch of Quest Nutrition Mint Chocolate Chunk Protein Bars from Shannan of Quest Nutrition as a gift for hosting a giveaway a few weeks ago. This was one of the flavors in the Best Sellers Variety Pack that she sent me.
