4. Direct blood flow to the stubborn area
Stubborn fat, such as the hips and legs for women and the love handles for men, get less blood flow, which means that the fat stored in those areas aren’t as easily moved (mobilized) so it can’t be burned elsewhere as easily as other areas. There are several ways to heat up your body parts, but we just use an inexpensive neoprene belt called the Sweat Buddy.
