6. Not eating enough
Remember, food is fuel. If you’re not eating enough, you might underperform and not have enough calories to support growth. What is “enough”? The short answer is it depends. Use this calculator as a starting point for determining your caloric intake and macros. From there, adjust accordingly for fat loss, muscle-building, maintenance, recomposition, etc.
