4. Too much cardio
Cardio has its place in any fitness regimen, and by all means if you enjoy it, then go for it. However, doing cardio solely for fat loss because you believe that it burns more fat, is simply false. A caloric deficit is what will ultimately dictate fat loss, not necessarily the amount of cardio you do.
“You’re there to work, not look cute.” this should be printed and hanged in every gym.
