8. Get on a program or hire a coach
Going ‘balls to the wall’ is a great effort, but if you’re training too intensely that you end up getting too tired and sore to train the next day, or for the next 2 days, that’s 2 days worth of opportunities down the drain. Building muscle already takes a lot of time and effort. Don’t make it harder on yourself by not having a proper program or coach to guide you.
