So you’ve been bulking for a while now. You now want to cut down and see the shredzzzz. You’re one week into your cut and already, you’re having a hard time. So you don’t cut anymore and go back to bulking.
If this is you, don’t feel bad. There’s nothing wrong with not wanting to cut down. If you don’t have a show, beach day, event, or whatever in mind, then you’re free to permabulk as you please. By all means focus on building and just keep your surplus reasonable if you want to keep the fat gain at bay. Otherwise, just have fun with it and use all that food to fuel your lifts.
