Purchase a mass gainer shake that you like. This is still one of the easiest and quickest ways to take in more calories if you don’t want to resort to fast food, deep fried stuff, etc. I know that whole foods are superior to shakes, but if you’re not going to eat, you’re going to have to get those calories somewhere.
