4. Remind Yourself to Eat
I find that smaller meals make it easier to take in more calories because I don’t get as full. Six to seven meals at 400 calories each are easier for me to digest than three meals at 800 calories each. When all else fails, I set an alarm to remind me to eat, especially if I’m going to take a nap. Remember, most ectomorphs don’t get hungry that often, so going by hunger signals may not be the best idea.
