6. Not seeing results =/= not making progress
Quitting is the only thing that will outright keep you from attaining your goals. They’re goals for a reason—you want them to come true. Keep grinding in the gym and stay on top of your nutrition. You’ll see changes for sure. Also, not seeing results doesn’t mean you’re not making progress. Have you gotten stronger? Are you more confident now? Do you feel like a badass whenever you hit a new personal record (PR)? Don’t be too fixated on the physique that you lose sight of everything else. Progress can manifest in so many ways. All of these changes can lead to lasting, long-term results if you put in the effort and give it time to materialize.
