Some of the top-of-the-line sports cars can take up to 2-5 months to build. So what about our bodies? Our bodies are the most complicated machines on Earth and the physical changes that we expect to see can take months, if not years to achieve.

Maybe it’s not that you’re not producing results, but that you’re just not being patient enough. Females take longer to build muscle than males because of lower testosterone levels, among many other variables. We also have a harder time burning fat.
